LED Optical and Electrical Testing System
Main Applications
- Used to test the comprehensive optical and electrical performance parameters of single LED packages, high-power integrated packages (COB), LED modules, lighting fixtures, and other products (near-ultraviolet - visible light - near-infrared).
- Capable of performing measurements in both pulse mode and constant current mode.
LED Optical and Electrical Testing System:
HP8000Pro High-Speed Spectrometer (Built-in 30V5A DC Power Supply)
Based on the Windows operating system, it features a user-friendly interface and standard SMA905 optical fiber interface. The CCD high-speed spectrometer offers high accuracy and fast testing. It is convenient to use, allows printing of test reports via printers, saves data in Excel for analysis, and measures LED and various lighting spectral power distributions as well as comprehensive optical and electrical parameters of LEDs.
Widely applicable for testing lighting fixtures, various LED lights, specialized light sources, or LED lamp bead raw materials.
A single host equipped with related devices fully meets various performance testing and analysis needs of light sources. Suitable for laboratory use, quality control department R&D testing, as well as fast production line testing. Highly automated with grade settings.
Light Guide Fiber
Used for optical signal transmission between the integrating sphere and HP series spectrometer systems.
Precision Integrating Sphere (Special Spray-Coating Process)
Designed to fully comply with relevant international and domestic standards, the inner wall coating mainly consists of analytically pure barium sulfate (BaSO4), offering excellent chemical stability and resistance to yellowing over time.
The sphere material is made of cold-rolled steel, ensuring it is not easily deformed. The adjustable height base guarantees horizontal placement of the integrating sphere, while multiple interfaces allow for simultaneous testing of various light source parameters.
OSRAM General Standard Light Source
(Color Temperature/Luminous Flux)
Provides stable and reproducible color temperature (spectral distribution) and luminous flux under specified operating currents. It is used for the calibration of color temperature (spectral distribution) and luminous flux in spectrometry systems, traceable to the National Institute of Metrology, China.
