Automotive Display
Glass Transmittance

This system is designed for evaluating the optical transmittance characteristics of instrument panel cover glass. By combining the image color analyzer LMK, a mechanical platform, and an integrated sphere light source, a comprehensive solution for measuring automotive display optics is achieved.
Using a standard lens for measuring uniformity, flicker, and ghost images of displays and symbols.
The main features include:
Using a standard lens for measuring uniformity, flicker, and ghost images of displays and symbols.
Using a conical lens for angle measurement.

The Symbol Inspector is an application of the LMK light inspector, designed to automatically measure the average, maximum, and minimum brightness of backlight symbols. Additionally, it can automatically determine other quality standards based on the measurement data, such as uniformity. When combined with LMK color capabilities, it can also perform automatic color measurements to test color tolerances. This application is specifically designed for measuring and testing backlight symbols within the automotive industry, but it's increasingly being used to assess small and very small display surfaces. With a user-friendly interface, it allows for a quick and nearly intuitive reference of symbol data, enabling the evaluation of symbol quality through sampling of test samples.
